Enrolment

Prior to your visits, please pick up an enrolment package from our school office. The forms included in the package must be returned before or on the day your child starts school.  A birth certificate and a copy of their immunisation certificate must accompany this.

The school maintains an up to date database for emergency purposes. Please let us know if you change addresses, phone numbers or your emergency contact person, by clicking on the button below to update your details.
